• You will be emailed forms to fill out before your visit.
• Call us when you arrive and wait in the comfort of your own car until we are ready for you.
• One parent per appointment. Parent is asked to wear a face mask at all times.
• We will take your temperature and provide hand sanitizer at the beginning of your appointment.
• Scheduling is spread out to allow maximum social distancing.
